Savage throttle spring return
Here is a pic of a spring i use on my savages for the throttle. Just drill a small hole on the side of the roll bar an hook ur spring their an the other end onto the throttle return linkage.
All i gotta say worx way better. But dont just rely on just the spring also have a fail safe switch as well.

i havent used a TSR since i started RC many years ago
they do nothing but cause strain on the servo and essentially force the throttle to close at all times imo.
i depend on failsafe and never looked back.

I agree SD thats why ya gotta mod it with ur own stuff to make it better is why i did mine, dont get me wrong i belive we all use Fail safe switches here an they are badass, but always a good idea to have a back up just incase
